This allows relationships to develop between the workers and the young person and provides consistent care. It is also preferred by families who feel more comfortable working with staff they know.
The first line of service monitoring is the CF Careline which provides support to workers and other stakeholders on a 24/7 basis. Staff book on and off with Careline, can call for assistance during the contact time, and access medical or therapeutic advice.
Ongoing management is the responsibility of our field based Family Support Mangers who carry out frequent ‘shadowing’ of workers to ensure contact objectives are met. Our Managers review performance against the Care Plan, Health Plan, Risk Assessments and Contact Outcomes.
Our team are supported by a dedicated Safeguarding and Compliance Manager who is responsible for ensuring the quality of our services.
