Work With Us!
We believe our company is a great place to work and we are always looking for additional team members with a genuine passion for working with young people.
You will be based in one of our small, friendly residential homes across Hertfordshire, Essex or Suffolk where you will work as part of a close-knit team providing support to young people with complex and challenging needs. It is immensely rewarding to work with them to build confidence and address challenges, reduce risk taking behaviours and demonstrating a future beyond care.

Who Are We Looking For?
We focus primarily on the personal characteristics that we believe make a great support worker, so experience is not always necessary for some roles. You will need to speak and write English to a good standard, be a great team player, but also capable of working on your own initiative. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to stay calm under pressure and the resilience to persevere with a challenging young person. We are looking for people who enjoy games and sport and have a great sense of humour.
We offer excellent training and career opportunities. For the right individuals it is perfectly possible to progress from Support Worker to a Registered Manager inside five years.
In addition to Support Worker roles we are often looking for experienced Registered Managers and Deputies, so please get in touch if you are looking for a change.
You Must Have…
- A current driving licence
- Your own vehicle
- Flexibility to work 24 hour shifts over a 7 day working week
If this sounds like you contact our recruitment team now for an immediate interview or fill in the form.
